Our Mission and History
Mission
Our mission is to heal the conflicts in our world using cultural sharing, understanding, and helping.
We aim at achieving this goal using a fun, artistic, entertaining and creative approach.
We see the modern world is plagued with conflicts and bias caused by misunderstanding, ignorance,
and non-acceptance of cultural differences, and we are determined to help.
We aim to raise awareness of cross cultural understanding to break down barriers between groups and
debunk false stereotypes. We unite people from different groups and cultures by demonstrating the common values we share. When we find groups in our community that require our help, we support them by doing community service.
History
Our club was founded in the spring of 2021 in response to the COVID-19 related issues and social conflicts. We witnessed a division within the community based on ideology, religion or race, and that was our call to action. Our club takes initiative to promote cultural understanding to build a more harmonic community, or building the "bridge to harmony"

Taste of the World (And the Delectable Stories Behind It!)
Taste of the World is an illustrated book that follows two friends as they visit several iconic countries around the world, tasting the cuisine of each one and sharing insights into the culture behind the food. More than just a simple recipe book, by exploring the food from each region we aim to show the stories, history, philosophy, beliefs, values, and ethics that are behind it.
Interwoven Story: Fashion Around the World
Interwoven Story: Fashion Around the World is an illustrated book that offers an in-depth exploration of the signature clothing styles from seven countries: France, China, India, Indonesia, Greece, Korea, the Philippines, and Mongolia.
The book goes beyond mere descriptions of design and material, delving into the fashion trends, dressing occasions, lifestyles, and cultural significance associated with these traditional garments.
By showcasing hand-drawn illustrations and pictures, the book aims to capture the essence of the people and the diversity present in each country’s fashion. It highlights how the clothing choices in each nation reflect their unique geographies, traditions, and histories. Despite these differences, the book emphasizes that all cultures share a common pursuit of aesthetic beauty and the desire for a better life.
The book’s approach is rooted in the belief that clothing is not just a superficial aspect of culture, but an expression of identity, values, and social dynamics. Through its exploration of fashion, Interwoven Story aims to foster cross-cultural understanding and appreciation while celebrating the rich diversity of global fashion.
